Selected payment instruments in Kazakhstan

The topic of my bachelor's thesis describes selected payment instruments Kazakhstan. In my work I focus on the most detailed description of the four instruments used, their characteristics and special features. Securing payment system is one of the most important national economic tasks of banks in a market economy. System of payments can be subdivide in terms of forms of payment for cash and non-cash. Payment instruments are the main implementing instrument of non-cash payments between various financial market. In recent years, using various instruments is very different from each other - some used more than others. Eg. payment card, which is one of the modern payment instruments has seen a dynamic development in recent years.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is find out the using of payment instruments to purchase in czech on-line stores. The work deals with e-commerce as a type of trading and its partition. The next part describes types of payment instruments to purchase over the internet. These instrument are compared with each other and it is designated the best instrument for on-line paying. The analytical part deals with research of using these instruments in public.

Management of BAK, a.s. receivables

This thesis deals with the management of the receivables of BAK,Inc. In the theoretical part are characterized receivables from the perspective of legal, accounting and tax. Further is described the management of receivables and this description is based on the elements of management of receivables, ie analysis of customers, terms of trade, recovery of receivables and, finally, monitoring the status and trends of the receivables. The core of this work is the description of the specific receivables management system in BAK, Inc., which is divided into two fundamental dimensions, namely the prevention and recovery. In conclusion of the practical part are analyzed the structure and status of receivables for years 2007 to 2009 with the help of financial ratios.

The object of this work is cash management of concrete business. The objective is an analysis of this system and illustration his working on plan of year 2010. The work is intent on valuation of metods, instruments and sources, these are useful for cash management. It solves at first time a temporary absence of own sources for financing of business needs. The result of this work is proposal of improvement and recommendation for efficiency of system.

Systems of the electronic fee collection

Obsahem této práce je charakteristika základních stavebních kamenů systému výkonového zpoplatnění vybraných komunikací. Popisuje základní principy komunikace dedikovaného spojení krátkého dosahu založeném na mikrovlnných a infračervených přenosech a uvádí srovnání s komunikací systému založeném na satelitním určování pozice. Je vysvětleno, že prakticky neexistuje evropská interoperabilita systému DSRC. Na základě požadavku evropské směrnice na interoperabilitu systémů elektronické platby mýtného EFC je zahájen standardizační proces. Je ukázán význam a činnost evropské standardizační komise a přehled platebních instrumentů.

Řízení pohledávek v konkrétní firmě

Práce je zaměřena na řízení pohledávek v konkretní firmě. Cílem práce je zhodnocení předmětného systému a návrhy na jeho optimalizaci. Systém řízení pohledávek je hodnocen převážně z hlediska zajištěnosti, tedy způsoby zajištění pohledávek pomocí platebních a zajišťovacích instrumentů. Práce se dotýká i problémů hodnocení bonity a to jak firmy, tak i teritoria. Velice stručně je zde zmiňována problematika vymáhání nedobytných pohledávek a existence interních dokladů v předmětné firmě.

Changes in EU payment instruments following the introduction of the euro and their macroeconomic and microeconomic effects

Cílem předložené práce byla analýza, zda a jekým způsobem mohlo využívání různých platebních instrumentů a platebních systémů, zejména po zavedení jednotné měny euro v rámci eurozóny, příp. EU, způsobit dopady do některých makroekonomických a mikroekonomických oblastí. Analýza byla provedena na těchto platebních instrumentech za léta 1993 až 2004: příkaz k úhradě, příkaz k inkasu, šek, platební karta a e-money. Zároveń byla provedena predikce odhadovaného vývoje do roku 2010 s ohledem na vliv projektu SEPA. Výsledky byly shrnuty do 7 závěrů.
